Dr. Grove was wonderful. So good with this particular older patient.

First, he came in and just said my name, didn't introduce himself, didn't shake my hand- \"NOTHING\" no bed side manners. He simply said, \" what can I do for you\"? He was rude, not genuine. By the time I left I felt not heard.

Overall Zach was pretty good. I normally try to stay away from younger providers because they have less experience. Once pet peeve of mine is that Zach was constantly trying to talk to me in a \"I want to be your friend\" type of way. Maybe some people like that, but I'm just here for a doctor's appt.
