Overall my visit was good with Dr. Oakley. She is definitely passionate about her career and she was patient helping me process all the information along with taking much time to discuss my issues. The only draw back for me was going into my appointment with a serious mind and Dr. Oakley coming into the room with a dramatic comical sense of humor. I was a bit caught off guard and over stimulated. After a while I was able to connect with her. My exam with her was informative helping me make a better decision about fixing my problems.

My Dr. Was very kind and respectful. We talked about my issues, and she offered different options on how to proceed with treatment. She was very good at helping me feel comfortable yet informed. I really like her and have shared my positive experience with friends and family. I would highly recommend her.

She came on very strong and loud. Would not listen to my input and said of herself that she is stubborn and will not change her mind.
She didn't listen to my issues. She didn't care if they didn't fit her opinion.
I had a wonderful experience with Doctor Oakley! She is the absolute best and I loved her right away. She is so professional, kind, understanding and has a great sense of humor that puts you to ease right away. I am so happy that I was referred to her. I love Dr. Oakley!
No discussion on risks, recovery etc. of surgery. Given a brochure/pamphlet with basic info of options.

Dr. Oakley is \"full of herself. She has a huge ego and first visit is all about her. She wasn't familiar with my medical history but had already decided her treatment plan. She kept saying \"I'm a surgeon\". I so _____ but didn't recommend that to me initially.

I always spoke highly about both drs. I loved this office/the physicians, however, I never felt so mistreated, and I felt rushed like I was a child and I'm asking questions as the dr. just keeps on walking until out the door.

My questions were throughly answered in language I could understand. She explained my options and showed me with pictures the two different types of issues. Each step of the exam was explained. I knew what was happening so there were no surprises.
Concern about condition was addressed completely dicussed and then checked.She did a picture of area & explained it as we watched.
