I had a wonderful experience with Doctor Oakley! She is the absolute best and I loved her right away. She is so professional, kind, understanding and has a great sense of humor that puts you to ease right away. I am so happy that I was referred to her. I love Dr. Oakley!

No discussion on risks, recovery etc. of surgery. Given a brochure/pamphlet with basic info of options.

Dr. Oakley is \"full of herself. She has a huge ego and first visit is all about her. She wasn't familiar with my medical history but had already decided her treatment plan. She kept saying \"I'm a surgeon\". I so _____ but didn't recommend that to me initially.

I always spoke highly about both drs. I loved this office/the physicians, however, I never felt so mistreated, and I felt rushed like I was a child and I'm asking questions as the dr. just keeps on walking until out the door.

My questions were throughly answered in language I could understand. She explained my options and showed me with pictures the two different types of issues. Each step of the exam was explained. I knew what was happening so there were no surprises.

Concern about condition was addressed completely dicussed and then checked.She did a picture of area & explained it as we watched.

I love this doctor. She made me feel at ease right when she walked in the room. Great personality. We need more people like her in this world.

It was totally routine for her .absolutely no genuine desire for a Dr patient relationship only a checked box type thing to proceed with her day of visits.
