Dr Jacobs is always extremely thorough, takes lots of time to listen to concerns and goes into great detail to provide explanations or try to get answers for issues you may be having. I think I would entrust in him more than any other provider I see.

Dr. Jacobs was very personable, relaxed and easy to talk to. He took his time, asked more than once if I had any concerns, listened to my questions, expressed possible solutions/care approaches, and explained why. This is very important to me to understand WHY something may be the right or wrong approach. He was very conservative, easygoing. Never once seemed as though he was in a hurry to move on.

Dr.Jacobs was very informative and listened to me without interruption. He also gave me suggestions for my options and didn't pressure me into anything.

This was my first visit with Dr. Jacobs. I was very anxious for this visit due to a lot of poor previous experiences with other providers and a laundry list of medical history. Dr. Jacobs went above and beyond to listen to me, validate my feelings, talk through all of my anxiety, discuss my prior experiences and medical history, and make me feel overall very comfortable for what is otherwise an uncomfortable exam. He did not rush me or make me feel like a nuisance. He calmly helped me navigate my anxiety and made sure I had all of my fears and worries addressed before doing anything physical for the exam. He saw me as a person first and did not treat me as a time slot that I was running over. I am immensely grateful for Dr. Jacobs' patience with me and validation of my feelings.
