Dr. Willoby shows kindness and patience towards me every time I see her

She was very polite, helpful and discussed her decisions with me about my health care

I would recommend Dr Willoby to anyone

She did not even introduce herself to me when she walked in. Didn't ask questions to get to know me. As a new patient visit, you'd think the doctor would show at least some care about me as a person and my history. She was insensitive. She was very rough with her words and was rough with tools. Honestly the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor and I would not recommend her to anyone. She didn't listen to me or even write the correct information in my chart. She didn't even explain the medicine she was prescribing or how to use it. She at least listened to me about getting blood work done but that's the only good thing I experienced. Truly horrible. I will be finding a new doctor.

Dr.Willoby is the realest physician I've had. I like her a lot.

This was my first time with this primary care doctor my only concern was that when she came in the room she did not introduce herself to me I might be old-fashioned but I thought people still introduce themselves to each other since it was the first time I was seeing her other than that I had a very good experience and I'm glad I chose this for my care
