This was the first time I met Katie, she was very nice, listened to me, made sure she understood my issue, performed a good exam, rulled out some probable causes and recommended a sonagram to investigate further and hopefully pinpoint the issue.

Katie McPherson is an active listener and we discussed my areas of concern and test results. She demonstrates the qualities I seek in a care provider.

My provider was a nurse practitioner. Very knowledgeable and outgoing. Went over everything with me and asked appropriate questions. I would use her again.

She was very attentive to my issue. Explained a couple of options and requested further testing.

Katie wanted bloodwork to ensure kidney and liver function were normal. I appreciated that.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Katie, the PA I met with. I know she was, as it were, pinch-hitting, but I will need future advice on tests, getting prescriptions filled, etc. I give her an A.

*Katie was very concerned with my health condition. We also talked about my chronic back condition and getting a updated MRI to see if any procedures might help. Which plan on doing once my coughing & drainage stops.
