If my doctor were to leave, I would request Dr Shay to be my doctor

Dr Shay was impatient with me and her comments toward me lacked compassion. On previous visits she has been somewhat aloof but this time she seemed unconcerned.

I appreciate Dr. Shay's communication through My Chart with the notes and also when I message her, she is always good about responding in a timely manner.

I have gone to Dr. Shay for years. Always a great visit, they listen and share their thoughts, and feel valued as a patient. THANKS!!
