Dr Martin is very easy to talk to and always makes me feel comfortable. He listens and takes the time to answer all of my questions.
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. The lack of compassion he showed my daughter was so disappointing. He is not her regular family doctor which he pointed out. The complete absence of empathy he showed my daughter felt like he was annoyed we were there for a mental health problem. We were there for some reassurance and guidance from a doctor.
Dr. Martin is always prompt. Very professional but also takes the time to talk on a personal level as well. I feel very comfortable talking with him and have 100% utmost confidence in him.

Dr. Martin was rude and condescending. He talked to me like I was ignorant and expected more from him (\"guarantee\") that he could make me better. He was also upset because this was a follow up from a previous visit with my primary and that the appointment wasn't set then. I felt like he was \"put out\" that I came to him for help. The worst appointment I have ever had. In fact I told him that I was not a stupid woman and understood very well there are no guarantees. I was just so sick that I needed assistance. It was terrible.
