Dr. Hays is quite literally the golden standard of what a top notch medical professional should be. He's always so kind, so positive, he has a fitting sense of humor, he is capable of explaining potentially terrifying situations In an easy to understand and calming manner. He always has a smile on and he always makes you feel like you're his favorite patient. He talks to you like a person, not someone below him In any way. During my entire life, of all the doctors I have seen, I can comfortably claim that Dr. Hays Is the most professional, kindest, down to earth, real, truly caring, master of his craft doctor. And I would give almost anything to have more doctors like him on the rest of my health team. Please don't take these words lightly, by the way. Dr. Hays deserves all the best In the world. Thank you, Dr. Hays, for getting me through this terrifying lifelong situation. Without you, I don't know where I'd be.
