A really good experience with this doctor.
We scheduled an appointment with Dr Chan but Dr Lacount and I assume a medical student came in instead. No one informed me of the change, the student wasn't introduced. I like every physician in the group except Dr Lacount and I make it a point to avoid scheduling appointments with him. He has horrible bedside manner, is rude, speaks to my kids as adults using terms they don't understand. My son needed 3 staples removed from the back of his head; Dr Lacount told him he was just going to look at them but just starting yanking them out with no warning! He did 2 and let the student do the last one, neither even seemed to acknowledge I was there. They didn't ask me if it was okay or anything, my son was panicking. It was an awful experience.
We love Dr. Lacount.

Dr Lacount is simply amazing! He speaks directly to my son and praises him for the good behavior and tells him how he can improve bad behavior without making him feel bad. He includes all of us in our son's medical care and listens to our concerns. He is our favorite!
