Awesome physician!

This was a follow-up appointment. The appointment felt rushed and invaluable. This was my second visit to Dr. Martin. During both appointments, I felt that my comments were not listened to or adequately addressed.

Mostly good -

Jason Martin is very nice and knowledgeable, and explained my treatment plan thoroughly.

I already told my husband and my daughter to go see him.

Extremely pleased

He is very personable and I like him but when the nurse asked if I had any specific concerns, I told her and when Dr. Martin came in, he looked at my head but never told me whether he saw anything or not. It would have been nice if he had said my head looked OK. I know logically he would have said something if he had a concern but I wasn't thinking clearly and didn't think of it until I got home that he gave me no feedback on my head.

Understand that sometimes patients need special care which may take longer than anticipated. Although wait was longer than usual,doctor does such a thorough job and so very personable ,caring and professional

Jason was outstanding in terms of information and explanation about procedures he was doing and prognosis.

Dr found a red patch that raised concerns. He proceeded to remove it for biopsy. In retrospect I would have appreciated the opportunity to discuss whether it needed to be removed or if it could be watched. He did explain what he was going to do and how to care for it afterwards. I was surprised as it was not a spot I had any concerns about. Taken off guard, I just went along. I would have preferred if he had discussed options if available.

This was a much better experience than with a different provider. He listened to me and answered each of my questions.

My examination took 3 minutes my main concerns were not addressed. I felt rushed and pushed out the office with no treatment for my conditions. we didn't get a chance to discuss why I was referred. Very disappointed.
