I don't like being treated as a number. And I know Doctor Mullen has many patients he has to look after every day. But he does take the time to discuss everything with me that is bothering me and then give me suggestions and letting me know that if the direction he's headed is not working for me I'm to get in touch with him. Which tells me that he's not treating me as a number because a lot of doctors won't even listen to what you're saying they're just writing stuff down so you can put it in the computer and then ask is there anything else as they get up and walk out so I would say Doctor Mullen is a very good doctor
I was very appreciative that the dr was able to take care of me.
Never in my life have I had a physician demonstrate such an egregious lack of consideration for the level of pain or severity of my conditions as Dr. Gregory Mullen. Additionally, Dr. Mullen listened so poorly to my explanations that he carelessly ordered the wrong tests almost wasting my time and that of other medical professionals. He cannot be trusted with my care. He does not listen carefully to his patient's needs or believe them when they are in pain.

Dr. Mullen is the consummate professional. He's one of the most genuine, caring physicians I've had. He's a good listener, he remembers me, he's already familiar with my chart before he walks in. He asks appropriate questions, considers my responses, and provides a carefully considered diagnosis or treatment. He gives me options and works on my behalf. I've asked my husband to change to Dr. Mullen and he's as confident, now, in Dr. Mullen as I.

Even though I was only there for a med check. Dr Mullen asked if I had any other issues and listened to all my concerns.
There were no real issues of concern . Just general health, blood pressure, discussed any concerns I had and I felt very satisfied with the visit.

I wish Dr. Mullen would be friendlier. I understand he has a reserved personality. He isn't rude, he's just standoffish. Guess I'd like a feeling of deeper concern for my well being and that just doesn't come through well. He's a good man, seems to be a highly competent MD, but needs to ramp up his show of concern for all of me.

I appreciate Dr. Mullen taking time to discuss my medical issues and options for treatment. He is personable, knowledgeable and professional.
I received blood work on April 24 with abnormal test results and no one has contacted me to go over results. Also, I was told to see a rheumatologist but referral never submitted so unable to move forward with my treatment.
Dr Mullen listened to my questions and the background info of my issue. He agreed with my request for a new treatment. We both agreed on steps for improvement.
