She knows how much I dislike taking meds/going to the doctor, yet she makes me feel comfortable, well taken care of, safe, and does very well explaining in a manner that I can understand & consider my feelings, wants, & needs. I am so happy she is at a local facility & I hope she stays for a very long time!
