I have nothing positive to say about the experience. Not that it matters but, I have been a patient of your organization for over 25 years.

Good experience, very helpful.

It was a great experience and it's a great option to have instead of going into the office. A suggestion though, if the doctor/PA/nurse is running behind, maybe put up a message indicating so. My doctor was 10 minutes late and I had to call the office to make sure my appointment was still on.

Awful. She completely ignored the er diagnosis. Was very condescending, and basically told me she thought I just had a \"tummy ache, and heart burn\"...

People don't care how much you Know !!! Til we know how much you care! Thanks for your kindness and thoughtful wishes

Feel like I wanted more time in lobby and get 1 to 2 mins see the doctor

The doctor, as well as her nurses have always explained everything to me so I could understand what would be included in my caregiving. They're all very very good listeners, and very kind and courteous.

Dr. Minton not only listens to my concerns but takes action to address them.

I love Dr. Minton! She is very thorough but quick. Which is exactly what I want with my busy schedule.

This was my first experience with St. Elizabeth and I have made the decision to choose a different healthcare provider for myself & my family, anyone other than St. Elizabeth. I have been to several physicians in my 57 years and never have I been to an appointment where the doctor never performed a physical exam to assess my level of health. This was an appointment set up to establish initial care with a primary doctor & one would expect to at the very least be examined by the physician ? This doctor never got up out of her chair once or off of her computer & then left the room with such a horrible attitude & bedside manner I had to ask the nurse coming back in the room to give me a vaccine \"if the doctor was actually finished or was she coming back ?\" It was a horrible first time experience with care given at St. Elizabeth. Who goes to a doctor that never performs a physical exam of the patient ?

Dr Minton is fabulous! I have lived in a few states and experienced my fair share of health care. Comparatively, Dr. Minton shines! She respects me and partners with me in my care.

Dr Minton barely performs assessments for visit being a physical. Other than quick listen to lungs did not check anything else. Seems in a hurry to get out of the room.

Although Dr Minton diagnosed my problem and provided treatment, my visit was very rushed and I had to ask questions to get pertinent information. I understand there are schedules to keep but time still needs to be spent with the patient

It was all within like 7 min. Provider didn't introduce self. Felt very rushed and she did most of the talking. Forgot to tell her about one of my symptoms because I felt so rushed

The fact it's only a 15 min appointment and you speak with the doctor for less that 5 min. It literally feels like you just try to turn and burn and don't actually listen to your patients. I have a complicated risky health history and had concerns that were just brushed away
