Sometimes he was talking very fast and difficult for me to understand.
*Dr. Hou ignored my concerns and complaints about pain, swelling and numbness with my surgeries. He left me to try to figure out what was wrong, by myself or with my PC. I contacted him & his office several times and he ignored my concerns every time.
I loved Dr Hou and how he made me feel at ease and in expert hands. He was very helpful.
