Billing and Financial Assistance
Here at St. Elizabeth, we believe that your care should come first. As a result, all patients are charged the same amount, regardless of their ability to pay. A patient’s responsibility may vary depending on the co-pays, coinsurance, deductible, and non-covered service of each insurance policy. It’s important to note that the charges listed on the price list provided, do not include charges for the physician’s fees unless otherwise noted. Please preview patient pricing information below.

These programs are based on household income, household size, and other requirements.
