Dr. Toltzis has been my cardiologist for over 20 years. Dr. Toltzis takes care of the whole person. When my husband and I were struggling because having a child was risky due to my cardiac condition, Dr. Toltzis gently planted the idea of adoption in our minds. As a result, we adopted a 10 month old boy from Guatemala. We couldn't be happier.
