While you’re pregnant, it’s important to make healthy choices physically, mentally and, of course, nutritionally. Your doctor has probably advised you to steer clear of some foods and make sure you’re getting more of others.

- Deli meat, and actually, everything at the deli counter
- Raw cookie dough
- Unpasteurized cheese
- Herbal tea
- Raw bean sprouts
