Congratulations on the arrival of your little one! But we know new parenthood can feel overwhelming and full of uncertainty. That’s why we are thrilled to invite you to Beyond Delivery, a unique virtual continuing care group offered by St. Elizabeth Healthcare. Designed exclusively for new parents like you, Beyond Delivery provides free support, education and fellowship during the crucial first year after your baby arrives.
Led by a compassionate Mother Baby Registered Nurse (RN) and Lactation Consultant (LC) team, Beyond Delivery smooths your transition into parenthood, helping you feel more informed and connected. We invite both moms and dads to attend these empowering virtual sessions along with their precious new little ones so that you can e-meet and bond with other new parents experiencing similar joys and challenges.
Each monthly meeting lasts an hour and follows a carefully designed structure. We spend the first few minutes introducing ourselves and socializing, creating a warm and inclusive environment for everyone. Then, for approximately 20 to 25 minutes, our experts will dive into selected topics crucial for your parenting journey. These sessions will equip you with valuable knowledge and practical insights, from breastfeeding techniques to debunking common care myths and everything in between.
What sets Beyond Delivery apart is our emphasis on interaction and personalized support. After each educational session, we use the remainder of each meeting for an open Q&A and discussion. This time allows you to seek guidance, share your experience and engage in meaningful conversations with experts and fellow parents. Should you need individual attention, our dedicated Lactation Consultant can schedule one-on-one consultations or a private phone call.
