Open a magazine or watch the evening news, and it won’t be long until you see something about the “obesity epidemic” that threatens to consume the average American.
Now, for the first time in more than 40 years (as far back as data is available), Americans may finally be eating less. Calories eaten daily by adults and children are decreasing across all socioeconomic and racial classes.
With more information about our food and its harmful effects available, it seems more Americans are aware what they’re buying for their families and are making smarter choices.
Great job – keep up the good work!
