People who are watching their weight tend to eat a lot of salad. After all, salads are supposed to be a healthy, low-calorie meal, right?
Well, sort of.
Salads full of fresh fruits and vegetables and at least one protein source are great. Salad dressings tend to not be so great. Many of them contain a lot of unwanted calories and fat, and we also tend to use more than the suggested serving size.
