In this IN PERSON 4-week series, expectant couples learn about essential exercises, nutrition, breathing techniques, relaxation and massage.  Covers third trimester concerns of pregnancy, comfort measures and coping tools for labor and delivery, positions for the first and second stages of labor, the role of the labor partner, newborn and post-partum adjustment.
 Infant Care is included in this series.  Do not sign up separately for that class.  You do need to sign up for a Breastfeeding class separately on a night that is convenient for you.  The Breastfeeding class is VIRTUAL. 
There is NO CHARGE to attend this class.  MASKS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO ATTEND AT THIS TIME. The mask policy is subject to change.  You are allowed to have one support person attend the class with you.
