This series is designed for those planning an unmedicated childbirth.  Participants will learn what to expect during labor and birth and how to use relaxation techniques, positive affirmations, aromatherapy, water, breathing, positioning and massage to cope with and enhance contractions.  Medical interventions are discussed, but not focused on, THIS WILL AN IN PERSON CLASS and THERE IS NO CHARGE.  Breastfeeding class is not included in this series, you must register separately to attend.   
Class information will be sent from your instructor to you prior to the class. 
MASKS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO ATTEND AT THIS TIME.  The mask requirement is subject to change. You are allowed to have one support person attend the class with you.
