This class is designed for those planning an unmedicated childbirth.  Participants will learn what to expect during labor and birth and how to use relaxation techniques, positive affirmations, aromatherapy, water, breathing, positioning and massage to cope with and enhance contractions.  Medical interventions are discussed, but not focused on.  THIS WILL BE A VIRTUAL CLASS and THERE IS NO CHARGE.  Breastfeeding is not included in this series, you must register separately to attend.  Class information will be sent from your instructor prior to the class.
