AHA’s Heartsaver courses are designed to prepare students to provide first aid, CPR, and use an AED in a safe, timely, and effective manner. Heartsaver Instructor-led training is conducted in a classroom setting and features group interaction and hands-on coaching and feedback from an AHA Instructor. Upon successful completion of the course, including a first aid skills demonstration and a CPR and AED skills test, students receive a Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course completion card, valid for two years.
