Bariatric Surgery Support Group - Stronger Together! 

A very important part of your success and safety after bariatric surgery is making a commitment to lifelong follow-up with your surgical team. We want you to be successful!  As part of that commitment, we offer a monthly support group to both pre- and post-op patients. Our providers and guest speakers rotate leadership of this group and various pertinent topics are covered. 

The learning and support you receive from your peers are a great way to keep your weight loss motivation high. Research has shown that participation in a support group leads to improved post-operative weight loss. Support group is a great place to obtain ongoing education, interact with other patients and share in their successes, learn new tips and tricks, and maintain your motivation and stick-to-it attitude! 

Each support group features a speaker on a subject of interest to people who are anticipating or who have had safe weight loss surgery. A period of questions and discussion follows every featured speaker. All pre and post-operative weight loss surgery patients and their family members are welcome to join us.
