Brings couples up-to-date on delivery. Breathing techniques/relaxation, massage comfort measures and coping tools are covered. A tour is included on the second night of class.
Dress comfortably. Feel free to bring a drink/snack for yourself. Week one, bring two pillows and a small blanket or yoga mat. Bring your Gift of Motherhood book. If you have not received it, one will be given to you at class.
