You'll learn from Cardiologist Jeffrey Reichard MD about how salt affects your heart health and ideas from Dietitian Sheri Kanarek on how to use herbs to make food flavorful without salt. You'll paint a flowerpot and take home some herbs to get you started with your own herb garden. No art experience or talent required - you'll be led step by step in the painting by our friends at Wine and Canvas. Your registration fee includes wine, beer or your choice of non-alcoholic beverages, and appetizers.
