Introduction, Exercise, and Coping Strategies
Synopsis
Learn from a Nurse Practitioner what it is, what to look for, what to do and when to call. Also, find out why it is important to both get up and move and rest and relax. Learn coping strategies and stress management needed to accept and understand the disease.
