The Heart & Vascular Institute Outreach building is conveniently located on the campus of St. Elizabeth Florence Hospital.

Freedom from Smoking classes may take place in this center.

Please note: The Heart & Vascular Institute Outreach building is NOT located in the hospital. It is a free standing location in the back side of the campus near in the employee parking lot. To enter the building, you will need to wave your hand in front of the black entry pillar beside the yellow post.
