The St. Elizabeth Gift Shops want to make it as easy as possible on you to get your gift ordered and delivered.
Ordering Information
This information applies to the Gift Shops at St. Elizabeth Edgewood, St. Elizabeth Florence and St. Elizabeth Ft. Thomas.
- All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) are accepted.
- Phone orders are accepted; however, please note that all phone sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges are allowed.
Delivery Information
At St. Elizabeth Healthcare, we understand that sometimes visiting a family member who is in the hospital is not possible due to schedules or distance. Therefore, we offer delivery, free of charge, to any inpatient during the following hours:
Edgewood
Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Saturday, Noon to 4 p.m.
Sunday, 1-5 p.m.

Notice
Gift Shops are closed, and therefore cannot offer delivery on major holidays. These major holidays include:
- New Year’s Day
- Easter
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
If Your Recipient Has Been Discharged
In the event that we try to deliver your gift and the patient has been discharged, the gift will not be delivered, your money will be refunded and you will be notified by phone.
