For many heart patients and their families, recovery can be a difficult journey. At St. Elizabeth Healthcare in northern Kentucky, patients, doctors and nurses celebrate patients and their recovery efforts with a mini heart marathon.
First responders in northern Kentucky said they’re facing a critical worker shortage in the region, leaving some communities vulnerable. A new partnership between the city of Florence, Gateway Community and Technical College and St. Elizabeth Healthcare aims to address this by training up the next generation of paramedics.
