High School Volunteer
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Volunteer at St. Elizabeth Healthcare

Session 1 (mid-January through mid-May) Applicants:
- Complete an Online Volunteer Application.
- Print a Recommendation Form and request it be completed by a teacher, school counselor, or school administrator (non-family members).
- Completed forms should be brought to the Applicant Information Session in a sealed envelope with your name marked on the front of the envelope.
- Attend an Applicant Information Session (Date must be selected on online application).

- All prospective High School Volunteers must attend an in-person Information Session at the St. Elizabeth Training and Education Center (3861 Olympic Blvd, Erlanger, KY 41018) on one of the following days:
- Tuesday, January 21 – 5:00 to 6:15 p.m.
- Wednesday, January 22 – 5:00 to 6:15 p.m.
- All prospective High School Volunteers must attend an in-person Information Session at the St. Elizabeth Training and Education Center (3861 Olympic Blvd, Erlanger, KY 41018) on one of the following days:

Applications and Recommendation Forms will be reviewed and those accepted into the program will be notified within 10 business days of attending an Applicant Information Session. Note: Available volunteer positions are limited, which means that not all applicants will be accepted into the program.
