A native of Lexington, KY, Dr. Berryman completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at Centre College in Danville, KY. She then earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Lipscomb University College of Pharmacy in Nashville, TN. Following completion of this PGY1 residency, Dr. Berryman hopes to pursue a career in Ambulatory Care or as an inpatient clinical pharmacist. In her free time, she enjoys reading and traveling to new places. Dr. Emma Hatfield Dr. Emma Hatfield is currently serving as a PGY1 Pharmacy Resident for St. Elizabeth Healthcare - Edgewood. She completed her undergraduate coursework at Northern Kentucky University and is a 2017 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy where she earned her doctor of pharmacy degree. She was previously an intern for Walgreens Pharmacy. Following the completion of her PGY1 residency, Dr. Hatfield hopes to pursue a career in clinical pharmacy. Dr. Hatfield is originally from Ft. Thomas, Kentucky and enjoys spending time with her friends and family. In her spare time she also enjoys running, baking, watching Jeopardy, and playing with her dog, Buddy. Dr. Shelbi Vincent Dr. Shelbi Vincent is currently serving as a PGY1 Pharmacy Resident for St. Elizabeth Healthcare - Edgewood. She completed her studies at the University of Cincinnati, where she received her Bachelor of Science in biology before earning her Doctor of Pharmacy from UC’s James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy in 2017. Shelbi worked as a pharmacy intern at The Jewish Hospital and Walgreen’s pharmacy. Following the completion of her PGY1 residency, she plans to pursue a career as a clinical pharmacist, with a focus in cardiology. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, going to concerts, puzzles, and cooking. January 2018 Residency Class Dr. Emmanuel Aboagye Dr. Emmanuel Aboagye is currently serving as a Postgraduate Year 1 (PGY1) Resident for St. Elizabeth Healthcare. He is originally from Ghana. He received his Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Cincinnati, James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy in 2017. Prior to residency, he was an intern at CVS Health and worked as staff pharmacist for Good Samaritan Hospital in the Premier Health Network. Dr. Aboagye’s professional interests include critical care, cardiology and emergency medicine. Upon completion of his PGY1 residency, Emmanuel hopes to pursue a career as clinical pharmacist and become a preceptor. In his spare time, he enjoys listening to smooth Jazz music, watching sports and spending time with family and friends. Dr. Miranda Fiely Dr. Miranda Fiely is currently serving as a Postgraduate Year 1 (PGY1) Pharmacy Resident at St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She is a 2017 graduate of Ohio Northern University Raabe College of Pharmacy, where she earned her doctor of pharmacy degree. While in pharmacy school, she worked as a pharmacy intern at Wal-Mart Pharmacy. Prior to coming to St. Elizabeth Healthcare, she worked as a pharmacist at Rite Aid Pharmacy. Following completion of her PGY1 residency, Dr. Fiely hopes to pursue a career as an inpatient clinical pharmacist. She is originally from Celina, Ohio. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new hiking trails, reading, cooking, and visiting with family and friends. Dr. Alexander Niehaus Dr. Alexander Niehaus is currently serving as a Postgraduate Year 1 (PGY1) Pharmacy Resident for St. Elizabeth Healthcare. He is a 2016 graduate of the James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy at the University of Cincinnati, where he earned his doctor of pharmacy degree. He was previously a pharmacy intern for the Cincinnati VA Medical Center as well as Walgreens Pharmacy. Following the completion of his PGY1 residency, Alexander hopes to pursue a career as a clinical pharmacist in the realm of critical care, emergency medicine, or psychiatry. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing video and board games, and cheering on his Cincinnati Bearcats, Bengals, and Reds, as they break his heart by never winning any national championships.
