Once the doctor came in, she seemed very rushed. If felt as if she didn't have time to hear my daughter's backstory to her symptoms. I felt like my daughter and I were not listened to. The outcome of the appointment was no different than what our family doctor has already done to help treat the same issues. The entire appointment was a waste!

I had waited 10 months for this appointment. I had 5 issues that I wanted to discuss and she basically told me that we could only discuss 2 of these at these at this appointment. I have a lot of skin tags on my neck. I wanted them removed. She said that they were benign and we didn't need to do anything about them. I think that it came down to that she didn't have time to remove them because she was so far behind to begin with. I waited 10 months and left with a cream and a return appointment for 3 months so that we could discuss my other 3 concerns. I am a nurse and to say that I was completely dissatisfied would be an understatement but now I'm stuck. I don't want to wait another 10 months to see another dermatologist. I will give her a couple more appointments and see how that goes.

I would never recommend this dermatologist to anyone. The appointment seemed like a huge waste of time. I asked her basic questions & her answer was always \"everyone is different.\" She made me feel as if my concerns were stupid. She also gave off the feeling of just trying to get me out since my concerns weren't important. Terrible experience.
