Yes. Medical Village Pharmacy is considered “in network” for all St. Elizabeth Healthcare insurance plans. Can St. Elizabeth Healthcare employees use payroll deduction to pay for items at Medical Village Pharmacy? Yes. If you have activated your employee ID badge to be used for payroll deduction, you may use it to pay for items at Medical Village Pharmacy. If you have not set up this service, but would like to, you may enroll through Employee Self Service on the intranet. Is Medical Village Pharmacy open to the public or only to St. Elizabeth Healthcare employees? Medical Village Pharmacy is open to anyone who wishes to have their prescriptions filled there. What are your hours of operation? Medical Village Pharmacy is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. We are closed on Sundays and all major holidays. If I am having surgery at St. Elizabeth can I get the prescriptions filled upon discharge? Yes. Medical Village Pharmacy is not tied in to EPIC. We use SureScripts, a switching company that sends pertinent information from any electronic medical record (EMR) service to us. While it gives us your name and your prescription, it does not give us any sensitive health information, such as allergies, or your insurance information. We are required to collect your insurance card and gather the additional information when you arrive to pick up your prescription. Can my doctor send you my prescription electronically? Yes. SureScripts is capable of receiving prescriptions from several EMR systems. Regardless of whether you are a St. Elizabeth Healthcare patient or not, your doctor should be able to send us your prescription electronically.
